CBS2 in chicago has rated the Basenji the 2nd most stupid breed. I am shocked and saddened by this. I feel the need to revolt

Has anyone had any luck getting their Baesnji to chase and bring back a frisbee? Mine only seems to want to chase it if other dogs are involved.
