Now see, my baby HATES baths no matter what. He's refused pepperoni to bet him to like baths. PEPPERONI!! But take him to the creek he will be winning and cry that the water is so cold but won't say out of it. Silly boy

any idea where i can find that in the use? or did you get that at the vet?

My boy gets a rash on his thigh, his butt cheeks thigh area to be spastic, and he only gets it in the late summer and all fall. He's itchy, kinda ballads by the end of it, but never really hurts himself. Vets can't figure it out and have given me all kinds of 'itchy dog' pills to Benadryl and nothing works. Even the medicated oatmeal shampoo doesn't really lick it. And its not bacterial because I've been using some horse medication sprays for that. But under his chin is the worst. Gets these almost poison Ivy like bumps.

I wander if it was the pond he swims in. That may be its a algae that only shows up in the fall that he's allergic too. No idea. We live in Indiana, any thoughts?

I though it was just because our boy was a mutt and he had some hurdling Australian shepherd in him (hence his blue eyes). But I guess B's just like to be orderly Brody used to love fetching anything in our hand but it didn't take long for him to learn sticks only. Now we just have to worry about him getting overly zealous about ANY stick in our hand.

My boy fetches all day long, none stop, and he fetches not only sticks but longs and whole saplings. He also piles his toys into one spot. Anyone else?

My in-laws are half and half. My husbands dad had a dog at one time and likes to have our baby around but my husbands mother dose not like dogs. She's a cat person and has to be reminded just how awesome Brody is.

Our B has to go swimming very other day

My little boy was a born lover of water, but not bathing. Unfortunately he sinks like a rock, lol. Boy has to much muscle and tinny feet. Sinks like a stone. You can see him using a life vest on youtube. Just look up Brody the Basenji on youtube. He comes up with his own games and cases leaves floating on the water. If he sees something interesting within elbow depth of the water surface he will stick his face under water to get it and blow bubbles to keep water out of his nose.
