I got a puppy because I didn`t feel confident in dealing with issues an older dog might have. The main reasons for choosing the breed were compatibility with apartment life (size, cleanliness) and the charming personality!

I just got my first basenji 2 months ago. Ive been reading and learning about the breed for the last 5 years now and just made the big decision! So far so good but having read the stories Im keeping alert. There are many questions I want to ask and look forward to hear your advice!
