Well, to be honest I am not sure. Originally she told us we would be getting a pup from the first litter, the dual sire, but then she asked us to pick a AKC name for a pup from the second litter.

To be honest, I'm thrilled either way. I just hope she's happy and healthy.

Has anyone here had any experience with this breeder? I will be getting a pup from here later this month but I was wondering if there were any board users with experience with this particular breeder.

My fiance and I should be getting our Basenji from the breeder near the end of the month. This will be my first Basenji so any advice for a first timer would be greatly appreciated. I have wanted a Basenji for a long time but it just never worked out. This past Christmas we stumble on a breeder who just had two litters the week before and when we contacted her she had one pup left. Fate or good timing, our little pup should be here in time for spring.
