I'm Looking for a Basenji from a Reputable Breeder near NY. I would consider adopting one but want to try and find a puppy first. If anyone knows any breeders please let me know

Im moving and getting a house with a big backyard and finally am able to get a dog. I'm trying to decide which to get i like the size and look of a Basenji but im also thinking of getting a American Pitbull Terrier or a Rat Terrier. ANy recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
