Prince has two -- Momma has to go with him outside for potty and we have to have our playtime time -- fetch with the ball. If I am not in the mood for fetch (rarely) he will sit in front of me and toss the ball and go get it and look at me and keep doing that until I give in. Of course, I make him do it a couple of times because l love watching him self=play fetch.

All the quite throughout the realm. Queen Mother and Prince T'Challah are snuggling down for their Christmas nap. Sleepy times together are simply Marvelous.!

I am working with 8 mo old (Prince) on commands. He does very well, when he wants to and responds to treats that he likes -- does not like me to use his kibble. He will sit, stay, lay down, and come...but only if he has his collar and trailing leash on and only in the house. Then he readily responds. He now will walk nicely with me, but I think that is only because he loves walks and loves me. Training has been a big adjustment for me, and he answers to no and stop when he wants to and then immediately goes back to what he was doing. He has the attention span of a gnat. Don't get on that hobby horse of consistency with me!!!! I have had it -- I have done it and I do it.

I can't take Prince with me as he gets really upset when in the car -- terrible pooping all over. I have used his crate, and this does not help. If I hold him when someone else drives, he just about tears me apart with his tromping and stomping. I have used "thunder shirts' and anti anxiety OTC pills with no relief. The odor is terrible worse than normal "poop". The vet does not want to give him meds for cars; "Zande" how do you allow your pups to "punish Mom"?
